Experteer Overview In this hardware-focused role, you will design flexible hardware solutions within a cross-functional team, contributing to secure, multi-domain systems. You’ll tackle design challenges across analog, digital, power, and RF domains while ensuring cost and schedule alignment. You’ll work onsite in Waynesboro, VA and have opportunities to influence meaningful, technically challenging programs. Compensation / Benefits * Design creative and flexible hardware solutions with a team of experts * Contribute to console design, interface panel layouts, and interconnections * Oversee power/cooling monitoring and control * Develop RF, analog, and digital hardware designs * Integrate hardware with software and perform SW/HW integration * Verify requirements and investigate/document product anomalies * Consider design-to-cost, scope, and schedule constraints Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree with 0 years in STEM fields (additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of a degree) * U.S. citizenship is required * Ability to obtain/maintain active U.S. Government Secret Clearance * Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) * Experience in hardware design and integrated (analog, power, digital) hardware design * Experience in panel design, cable design, and schematic layouts * Experience with lab test equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, DMM, O-scopes) * Effective verbal and written communication Key requirements * Health Plan * Savings Plan * Paid Time Off * Education Assistance * Training and Development * 9/80 Work Schedule
