Job description

Experteer Overview In this hardware-focused role, you will design flexible hardware solutions within a cross-functional team, contributing to secure, multi-domain systems. You’ll tackle design challenges across analog, digital, power, and RF domains while ensuring cost and schedule alignment. The position supports a mission-driven culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll work onsite in Waynesboro, VA and have opportunities to influence meaningful, technically challenging programs. Compensation / Benefits * Design creative and flexible hardware solutions with a team of experts * Contribute to console design, interface panel layouts, and interconnections * Oversee power/cooling monitoring and control * Develop RF, analog, and digital hardware designs * Integrate hardware with software and perform SW/HW integration * Verify requirements and investigate/document product anomalies * Consider design-to-cost, scope, and schedule constraints Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Master’s degree with 0 years in STEM fields (additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of a degree) * U.S. citizenship is required * Ability to obtain/maintain active U.S. Government Secret Clearance * Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) * Experience in hardware design and integrated (analog, power, digital) hardware design * Experience in panel design, cable design, and schematic layouts * Experience with lab test equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, DMM, O-scopes) * Effective verbal and written communication Key requirements * Health Plan * Savings Plan * Paid Time Off * Education Assistance * Training and Development * 9/80 Work Schedule

Requirements
