Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to high-reliability national security systems as part of the Strategic Division’s SSAG. You will guide multi-disciplinary engineering efforts, conduct analyses, and support system design for complex DoD and NC2/NC3-related missions. You’ll work with end users to translate needs into robust architectures and evaluate alternatives to improve mission planning and operation. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping critical defense capabilities and requires collaboration across teams. Compensation / Benefits * Specialize in multi-disciplinary engineering to solve complex problems across RF, C2/NC2, and related systems * Provide direction for requirements definition, solution development, and implementation of complex systems * Perform RDT&E to enhance mission planning and execution capabilities for strategic deterrence * Assess RMQSI data and criteria to inform candidate solutions * Test and evaluate system survivability, interoperability, reliability, and maintenance requirements * Conduct capabilities-based assessments and analyses of alternatives (AoA) * Perform shift work to ensure 7x24 coverage and support * Lead risk assessments using modeling and simulation * Demonstrate competence in systems development, integration, and design across phases of system analysis * Collaborate with end users to translate specs into system designs Tasks * Active or transferable TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI access on day one; NATO and SAR program eligibility * Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems analysis and/or systems architecture; Master’s degree in applicable program * At least 10 years of DoW systems engineering experience * Knowledge of NC2/NC3 operations and capabilities; strategic deterrence and global strike planning * Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundations plus one of DoW 8140 courses (e.g., FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Security+) * Experience with national and CJCS guidance, emergency procedures, and USSTRATCOM EAPs * Experience supporting USSTRATCOM GOC or similar operations centers * Ability to work at Offutt AFB; 7x24 shift capability Key requirements *
