Experteer Overview As a Data Science Expert in our Contract Testing Services, you turn complex datasets into actionable insights to accelerate development and guide business decisions. You will build and maintain dashboards to communicate KPIs across functions and evaluate AI tools to streamline operations in the life science domain. Working with lab operations, researchers, and software engineers in agile teams, you translate data into strategic recommendations. This role combines advanced analytics with cross-functional collaboration to drive competitive advantage and innovation. Compensation / Benefits * Curate large datasets, perform statistical analyses, and run proof-of-concept tests for laboratory and business solutions * Design, build, and refine machine learning and artificial intelligence models for marketing, operation, R&D, and supply chain optimization * Work closely with business experts, lab operation, researchers, and software engineers, in agile team settings * Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and metrics to stakeholders * Own and drive data standards, pipelines, and architecture quality across projects Tasks * Master’s preferred in data science, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related field * 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles, ideally within Life Science or Pharma industry * Proficient in Python, SQL, and predictive machine learning algorithms * Skilled in DOMO, Palantir Foundry, Tableau or Power BI for interactive dashboard creation * Expert in exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling * Cross-functional collaborator adept at translating data for stakeholders * Curious continuous learner focused on adopting advanced technologies Key requirements * health insurance * paid time off (PTO) * retirement contributions * other perquisites
