Job description

Experteer Overview Join Cirrus Logic in Chandler to lead validation for mixed-signal hardware and software products. In this role you will design test strategies, implement validation plans across pre- and post-silicon stages, and drive CI-powered automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues, communicate quality metrics, and push for product reliability. You will help shape robust testing processes that scale with our innovation pipeline. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop test strategies, plans, and cases translating requirements into validation coverage * Develop, execute, and maintain validation tests during pre-silicon and post-silicon phases * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute System Test perspective in design reviews and triage * Advocate automation of tests within a Continuous Integration environment * Investigate, reproduce, triage, and debug issues with software and hardware teams * Communicate test results, quality metrics, and defects to drive resolution and improvements Tasks * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/CS/CE * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Experience in embedded systems and RTOS * Experience with MCU- and/or DSP-based systems * Proficiency in Python and C/C++ * Understanding of software testing methodologies and test automation * Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs * Experience with Git or SVN Key requirements *
