Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate questions into analytical queries * Develop new processes to boost productivity, reduce risk, and improve workflow efficiency to meet performance targets * Update and revise technical manuals based on policies, standards, and best practices * Contribute to technical delivery policy, process, standards, and templates, working with product development on design and upgrades * Support substation goals for bill of materials processing, setting monthly targets * Execute established and emerging work processes and systems independently * Communicate project/status updates, assist with planning and scheduling, ensure communications align with unit goals * Perform data analysis to identify insights and trends from large datasets related to substation package intake/processing * Lead major projects with significant financial or operational impact * Provide in-depth analysis and consulting across organizational boundaries to resolve complex problems * Ensure protection of physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets and proper handling of sensitive data Tasks * Seven or more years of experience providing technical support * Experience defining data requirements and building analytical queries * Possess a valid Class C Driver’s License * Experience developing technology tools to enhance processes (preferred) * Experience with project management, scheduling, reporting, or database tools such as Power BI, SAP, Microsoft Access, Excel (preferred) * Project Management certification (preferred) Key requirements *
