Principal Software Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead and contribute hands-on within a Scrum team to deliver complex solutions aligned with our architecture, standards, and governance. You will mentor engineers, provide architecture guidance, and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted engineering, to strengthen delivery with security and privacy in mind. You’ll shape automation and modern delivery pipelines while collaborating across disciplines to meet business goals. This role offers the chance to influence technical direction and drive high-impact projects in a governance-conscious environment.
