Technical Product Owner

Experteer Overview In this role you guide AI-enabled product development within Labcorp’s Corporate IT, leading cross-functional teams across a hybrid SDLC/AI-DLC model. You drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery, balancing traditional methods with emerging AI-driven practices to improve clinical reporting and decision support. You collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to scale reliable solutions that support better patient outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional development teams in a hybrid SDLC / AI-DLC delivery model * Facilitate discovery, experiments, and delivery cycles across product lifecycle * Guide transition from SDLC to AI-DLC practices with iterative learning * Coordinate release and solution management with Project Managers * Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders * Oversee Agile ceremonies and artifacts for AI-driven workflows * Engage in product design and analysis with engineering and data science teams * Ensure product documentation supports AI-enabled development and traceability * Promote Agile and emerging AI-DLC practices * Collaborate with management, business users, developers, QA, and data scientists * Conduct impact analysis across systems, data, and workflows * Contribute innovative approaches to applying AI to product delivery Tasks * High school diploma with 9+ years of IT product/project development BA experience; or Associate degree with 7+ years; or Bachelor’s degree; * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT product or project development teams * 3+ years working in SDLC frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) * 3+ years delivering with Jira, Azure DevOps (TFS) or equivalent tools Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life * STD/LTD * 401(k)
