Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deliver software instrumentation solutions for hardware product systems, supporting silicon photonic test workflows from wafer probe to packaged test. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality software and contribute to a fast-paced hardware-instrumentation environment. The role offers hands-on development in C# within a collaborative, innovation-driven company that values inclusion and customer success. You’ll have a chance to shape tooling for cutting-edge photonics testing and instrumentation. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and implement software instrumentation solutions using C# * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust applications * Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software for hardware test systems * Contribute to projects across silicon photonics test workflows (wafer probe to packaged test) * Utilize development tools and maintain code quality with version control (Git) and issue tracking (Jira) Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (related discipline) * 1-3 years software development experience in instrumentation context * Strong C# and .NET development skills * Familiarity with Git; development tools like Visual Studio; Jira experience * Windows OS proficiency * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities * Desire to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Background or interest in optics and embedded programming preferred Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * Flexible Spending Accounts * retirement savings plans * life and disability insurance * paid vacation & holidays * tuition assistance
