Senior Specialist 2, Information Technology Technical Support & Maintenance

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support and maintain Halozyme’s NetSuite ERP environment and its integrations, ensuring compliant, reliable operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage releases, security, and data integrity while enabling efficient business processes. You will address integration issues and drive improvements that support regulatory needs and scalable automation. Compensation / Benefits * Provide Tier 1 and 2 NetSuite support across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality * Troubleshoot transactions, workflows, roles, and permissions; coordinate planned NetSuite releases and changes * Assist in testing and deploying NetSuite updates and customizations; maintain change documentation * Monitor and support integrations between NetSuite and Workato, Zone, and RF-SMART; resolve integration errors * Ensure configurations and access controls align with SOX compliance; support GxP compliance through validated systems and audits * Create user guides, trainings, and onboarding materials; conduct end-user training * Perform system health checks, data validations, maintenance activities, and downtime planning * Identify opportunities for system usability and efficiency improvements; participate in ERP/automation initiatives * Other duties as assigned Tasks * 8+ years IT experience; at least 2 years supporting NetSuite ERP in technical or functional role * Familiarity with Workato or similar integration platforms * Experience with AP automation tools (Zone) and RF-SMART (warehouse operations) * Understanding of SOX and GxP in an IT/systems context * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Excellent communication and documentation abilities * NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred * Experience with scripting (SuiteScript, JavaScript) or integration logic preferred * Background in life sciences or regulated environments preferred Key requirements * Employee Stock Purchase Program * 401(k) matching * tuition reimbursement * career development programs * equity awards * comprehensive benefit program
