Staff Software Engineer, Backend & APIs

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and build scalable web applications within the NAM Experiences team, delivering intuitive interfaces for fleet managers and operators. You will work closely with Product, Design, and UX to ensure high-quality user experiences and reliable systems. You will lead design decisions, drive testing strategies, and champion engineering best practices to improve performance and stability. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on live-site software, automation, and cross-team collaboration to solve complex web challenges.
