ID - DHW - AI Architect

Join a forward-thinking team modernizing court reporting and audio summarization through AI-driven automation integrated with Microsoft Dynamics. As an AI Architect, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, AI Builder, and Azure AI Foundry. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, applying state-of-the-art AI and automation to real-world challenges. Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end business applications with Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) featuring integrated AI solutions.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI Builder models for document processing, prediction, classification, object detection, and generative AI.
• Orchestrate Azure AI Foundry solutions, including GPT-4/4o, embeddings, vector search, and prompt flows.
• Integrate Azure AI models with Power Apps and Power Automate via custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
• Design secure, governed, and scalable AI architectures aligned to enterprise standards.
• Implement prompt engineering best practices for data grounding, safety, and iterative evaluation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows and applications.
• Apply responsible AI principles around bias mitigation, privacy, and model monitoring.
• Support ALM processes for Power Platform solutions using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and application performance for reliability and efficiency.

3+ years of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• 2+ years of hands-on AI Builder model development (document processing, prediction, classification)
• 2+ years of Azure AI Foundry/Azure AI Studio (GPT-4/4o, embeddings, vector search, prompt flow)
• 2+ years of API development and integration (REST APIs, custom connectors)
• 2+ years supporting Power Platform ALM (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
• Experience with scripting (Power Fx, JavaScript, Python)
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance, environment strategy, DLP policies

• Knowledge of Azure security (managed identities, Key Vault, RBAC) Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech, Search)
• Advanced data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation
