Job description

Work directly with internal teams and external customers to understand workflows, pain points, business requirements, and desired outcomes.
Design and deploy production-quality solutions across AI/GenAI, data platforms, APIs, integrations, and software systems.
Build custom integrations and automations that solve complex enterprise business problems.
Develop rapid prototypes and proofs of concept, gather user feedback, and transition successful solutions into scalable production systems.
Integrate data pipelines, APIs, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems while handling complex real-world data and infrastructure challenges.
Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, technical demonstrations, requirement discussions, and live troubleshooting sessions.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate recurring customer challenges and influence product roadmaps.
Monitor deployed solutions and continuously improve reliability, performance, scalability, and adoption.
Take ownership of business outcomes rather than focusing solely on project deliverables.
Establish FDE standards, development practices, playbooks, and tooling from the ground up.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers as the team scales.

Requirements

8+ years of experience building and shipping software in production environments.
Strong hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and/or Go.
Strong system design and architecture judgment.
Full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong experience developing and integrating APIs.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines.
Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks.
Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI technologies, including:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Agentic workflows
AI/GenAI application development
