Senior Business Analyst - IAM / Information Security (Microsoft Entra ID)-Chicago, IL

• 8 10 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Cloud Security programs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Management (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, IGA, Conditional Access, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and reporting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, audit, and security controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting cloud identity and enterprise security transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI-driven security or Identity Governance initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
