Sr. DevOps Engineer

Collaborate with both IT & Business leaders across project/program to determine DevOps best practices and Infrastructure technical requirements of application/system Responsible to build CICD automation pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and manage deployments across various environments Implement 24x7 infrastructure and application performance monitoring (APM) to ensure high availability, optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity and audit plans are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis At a regular cadence identify and exploit opportunities to optimize infrastructure, increase efficiency without any negative impact to ongoing business/operations Act as an escalation point for faults, attend/lead investigation into incidents and complete follow-up tasks Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

Experience with Infrastructure design and scaling (IaC, HPA) containers in Kubernetes is preferred. Terraform experience is preferred Observability & Monitoring (Infra. and APM) is preferred. Experience with Cloud Networking & Security Integration - AWS and Azure with Hybrid On-prem is preferred. Tactical Operations experience - Cloud patching, AMI rehydration, Cluster upgrades etc. is preferred.
