Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Scala Developer with strong expertise in Elasticsearch, Apache Spark, Scala, and ES

QL (Elasticsearch Query Language) to join our engineering team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data processing pipelines, developing search solutions, and working with large-scale distributed systems.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Scala. Experience designing and implementing solutions using Elasticsearch. Strong knowledge of Apache Spark for large-scale data processing. Experience writing and optimizing ES|QL queries. Familiarity with distributed systems and big data technologies. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture. Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming technologies. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
