Job description

Experteer Overview In this Product Manager role, you own the end-to-end delivery of vehicle scheduling applications, from vision to reality. You’ll align cross-functional teams to build platforms that run on the factory floor, leveraging data, automation, and intelligence to transform Ford’s manufacturing. You’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while driving product strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of business, manufacturing, and technology, with a direct impact on how Ford plans and delivers the future of vehicle production. You’ll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and leaders to deliver high-value capabilities that scale across plants. Compensation / Benefits * Own product across full lifecycle from ideation to sunset * Translate vision into prioritized backlog (epics/user stories) for development * Lead end-to-end project management including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication * Manage Agile tooling (JIRA) and facilitate ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros) * Track and report project health to stakeholders and leadership; escalate blockers * Balance business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility with cross-functional teams * Collaborate with Product Designers and Software Engineers for timely, high-quality delivery * Define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria with the product team * Coach Business Partners on iterative/incremental delivery and prioritization decisions * Deliver product strategy/roadmap, governance, requirements gathering, and product discovery * Monitor platform performance and adoption post-launch; identify improvements * Prepare leadership updates and measure business value against OKRs/KPIs * Engage with users through interviews, surveys, and usability testing * Support organizational change management as new capabilities are adopted * Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure scope aligns with timelines and quality Tasks * 5+ years in product management, project management, or software engineering * Experience owning or managing critical industrial applications with business, manufacturing, and technical blend * Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk; proficient in Agile/Lean delivery (backlog, sprint planning, prioritization) * Proven ability to drive OKRs/KPIs through product development, data analysis, and UX optimization * Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making * Proficiency with modern tech stacks; familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI technologies * Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills in a fast-paced, global environment * Familiarity with Test-Driven Development, Pair Programming, and CI/CD * Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Key requirements * Immediate medical, dental, vision coverage * Flexible family care days and parental leave * Tuition assistance * Vehicle discount program for employees and families * Surrogacy/fertility support benefits * Paid time off and holidays
