Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the architecture, design, and evolution of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM ecosystem to enable cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise teams. You will shape scalable PLM solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and drive adoption across a mission-critical platform. You’ll collaborate with IT, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to continuously improve usability and impact. This is a hands-on technical leadership role at the forefront of next-gen manufacturing. Compensation / Benefits * Design and evolve the Teamcenter and NX architecture and applications * Extend the Teamcenter object model to support NX, ERP, and MES integrations * Customize Active Workspace and UI to improve usability * Evaluate new Teamcenter/NX capabilities and recommend improvements for scalability and value * Design and enhance workflows for Change Management and Release Management * Gather requirements, prepare project definitions, and document designs * Collaborate with engineering, IT, and manufacturing to improve PLM adoption and usability * Provide consulting and troubleshooting across teams Tasks * 10+ years of Teamcenter experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field * Hands-on Teamcenter BMIDE, Classification, Workflows, Change Management, NX integration, Rich Client, Active Workspace, customization * Experience with ITK and SOA APIs; OData is a plus * Proficiency in C++, C#, Java, and/or Python * Strong PLM concepts knowledge (structures, configuration, lifecycle management) * Experience creating workflows and Change Management * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Key requirements * Competitive salary * Equity plan * Discretionary incentive bonus * Paid vacation and holidays * Parental leave * Comprehensive health benefits
