Solution Architect

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team., * Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, governance standards, and business objectives.
• Design scalable, cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architectures using modern architectural patterns.
• Lead solution design reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define integration strategies across core banking systems, risk platforms, CRM applications, and enterprise data services.
• Promote best practices in scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
• Guide engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Partner with senior business, product, and technology stakeholders to define solution strategies.
• Facilitate architecture governance forums and technical decision-making.
• Develop architecture artifacts, standards, reference architectures, roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads on architectural principles and best practices.
• Align technology investments with business priorities, compliance requirements, and risk management objectives.
• Application Architecture: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API design, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API Gateway patterns, Enterprise Integration Architecture
• Containerization & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub Actions, DevSecOps practices, Automated release and deployment strategies AI-Assisted Engineering: GitHub Copilot, AI-enabled software engineering practices, Developer productivity and automation tools

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Serve as the architecture lead for Collections and Distressed Client Management initiatives.
• Translate business strategies, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives into target-state architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across: Early Collections, Late Collections, Debt Treatment, Debt Recovery
• Drive modernization initiatives to improve collections and recovery capabilities., * Proven experience designing and delivering mission-critical banking or financial services platforms.
• Strong domain expertise in Collections, Distressed Client Management, Lending, Credit Lifecycle Management, Debt Recovery, or Risk Management.
• Experience leading cloud-native transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, governance, and secure application architecture.
• Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
