Job description

  • Flexible working policy in hours and location. Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at either our Utrecht office or Varsseveld headquarters (QH).

Requirements

  • A completed Master’s degree, preferably in Data Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 experience in Data Scientist is preferred; however, we encourage outstanding entry-level candidates to apply.

  • Strong skills in SQL and Python (OOP).

  • Experienced working in CI/CD environments & Git.

  • Experience with Google Cloud, LightGBM and Kubeflow is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

You will join our centralized Data Science team - but will work dedicated for a product/business team.

Your Role

  • Build data products using Cloud Build and Docker.

  • Develop pipelines utilizing thousands of CPUs with Kubeflow.

  • Develop endpoints using GPU’s to improve your domain.

  • Specialize in one of the following domains with our ecommerce and supply chain operation : Recommenders, Search, Content, Operations and Supply Chain

  • Translate business problems into data science solutions.

  • Work at least three days per week physically from our office in Utrecht or Varsseveld, with the remaining days (optionally) remote.
