Senior Data & Insights Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will enable data-driven decision making by extracting actionable insights from large datasets, building pipelines, and presenting findings through clear visualizations. You will investigate data quality and lineage, design automated data movement processes, and apply advanced analytics including ML/AI to drive operational improvements. You will develop operational reporting and Tableau dashboards, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders. You will join the Data, Insights & Workforce Management team and influence senior decisions while mentoring junior analysts. Pay / Benefits * Investigate data quality, lineage and controls; document sources, methodologies and findings with improvement recommendations * Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing * Apply advanced analytics to large datasets to uncover trends and develop validated data models for business recommendations * Translate analytical findings into actionable business improvements and opportunities * Create interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau) and automate regular/ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders * Support governance and controls, maintain robust documentation, and drive reporting automation and efficiency * Mentor/lead junior analysts and communicate insights to senior stakeholders Tasks * Expertise interrogating data in SQL Server * Experience with Tableau and Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) for reporting/analytics * Ability to influence senior stakeholders * Strong analytical skills to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable updates/models * Experience with large-scale data environments (AWS Redshift, Hadoop BIW2, Microsoft SQL databases) Key requirements *
