Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will enable project teams to operate efficiently through digital tools and information management. You’ll support multi-project delivery, drive data capture and reporting, and facilitate 3D site coordination and information management processes. You will work closely with project teams to improve quality, reduce costs, and advance Zero Harm. This is a hands-on, collaborative position that leverages BIM/CDE practices to shape how projects are delivered. Pay / Benefits * Support project teams in using digital tools to manage business processes (HSES access, competency management, permits, controls, quality assurance, short-term planning) * Manage information and project data, supporting Information Management plans and Employer Information Requirements * Educate teams, clients and supply chain on Project Information Model (Graphical and Non Graphical) * Support data capture for reporting to project teams and senior management * Facilitate 3D site coordination meetings with internal and external partners * Demonstrate Balfour Beatty core behaviours and maintain focus on Zero Harm Tasks * 3-5 years construction industry experience * Good understanding of core construction processes (RAMS, Permits, ITPs, QC checks, short-term planning, Temporary Works) * Understanding of UK BIM Framework, Protocols, and IM best practices * Strong technical ability with digital platforms (Autodesk products, BIM 360, ACC) * Navisworks * Microsoft O365 * Excel * Power BI (interacting with reports) * PowerPoint * SharePoint * Working knowledge of project CDE environments Key requirements * Smart working with up to 40% remote working * 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata) * maternity/adoption leave with 28 weeks full pay * paternity/partners leave with four weeks full pay * pension * share incentive plan
