Job description

Balfour Beatty is seeking a proactive and collaborative Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of digital construction and information management requirements across our Rolls-Royce major project based in Derby.

Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the project’s digital strategy, ensuring effective information management, and driving BIM best practices throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for digital construction, information management, and continuous improvement to contribute to the delivery of complex and high-profile infrastructure projects. What you’ll be doing

As a Digital Delivery Coordinator you will:

  • Support the Digital Delivery Manager in delivering the Project Digital Strategy, Information Execution Plan (IEP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and associated digital standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Ensure supply chain partners comply with BIM and Information Management requirements.
  • Support the management and mitigation of information management risks across the project.
  • Facilitate model-based (3D) collaboration between project stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain design model governance protocols.
  • Implement information governance protocols to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on project digital deliverables and performance metrics.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, You will have the following:

  • Experience working within a BIM, Digital Engineering, Information Management, or Digital Delivery environment.
  • Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and information management principles.
  • Understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to engage effectively with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners.
