Scientist, Performance Validation - Personal Care

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop data and sales tools to support Elementis’ personal care line, manage performance studies, and coordinate with external vendors. You will support research methodology and survey development while partnering with Sales and Marketing under the Global Manager of Performance Validation. You’ll design experiments, evaluate existing and new technologies, and organize sensory/panel testing to substantiate product claims. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on data-driven validation and meaningful improvements for customers in personal care.
