Manager - Senior Manager, S4 HANA Roles & GRC Access, Controls Advisory, Technology and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead SAP Security and GRC initiatives for S/4 HANA in complex cross-platform ecosystems. You’ll design, implement and refine security roles and access governance to protect enterprise systems while ensuring compliance. You will mentor a team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, integrated SAP solutions that meet regulatory requirements. Pay / Benefits * Develop and implement S/4 HANA security and GRC strategy and design * Oversee S/4 HANA security during implementation to embed audit and regulatory requirements * Lead design, configuration, implementation and testing of SAP GRC modules (AC, IAG) * Ensure least privilege access with SoD-aware role design * Lead user access reviews and SoD analysis * Collaborate with technical teams, auditors, and business process teams to deliver secure solutions * Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate SAP security risks across S/4HANA, Fiori, and related apps * Manage and mentor a team of SAP security consultants Tasks * Extensive experience in SAP security role design, GRC Access Control, IAG, and user/authorization configuration * Experience integrating SAP IAG with GRC AC, including BTP integration * Proficiency in SAP Security for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP cloud apps * Deep knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, roles, profiles, and security best practices * Understanding of SoD requirements and embedding them in security design * Excellent project management, prioritization, and team leadership * Strong stakeholder communication and ability to present status updates * Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism Key requirements * hybrid working policy * coaching and return-to-work support * world-class development * wellbeing focus
