Systems Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Systems Engineer at Safran Seats in Cwmbran, you will integrate electrical, mechanical and software subsystems for first and business class seats across airlines. You will apply MBSE and systems thinking to derive and manage requirements and shape system architecture, working closely with a Project Technical Integrator. You’ll balance stakeholder needs, cut through ambiguous requirements, and ensure clear, verifiable models. This role offers growth through Safran University and a culture of excellence.
