Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für eine zentrale HR-Cloud-Anwendung und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Prozesse aktiv mit. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit HR, IT und internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Umsetzung von Change Requests und Systemanpassungen.
Durchführung von Konfigurationen und Customizing.
Betreuung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten.
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse.
Koordination von Releases, Tests und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen.
Datenmigrationen sowie Durchführung von Mass Uploads.
Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen.
Beratung und Support von Key Usern.

Requirements

Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in EC-Konfiguration, Business Rules und Datenmodellen.
Erfahrung mit Releases, Testmanagement und Produktivumgebungen.
Verständnis für HR-Prozesse und HR-Systeme.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Stakeholdern und externen Partnern.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
