Job description

The Digital Data Architect is responsible for ensuring effective integration, interconnectivtiy and management of data within the Henkel Data Platform (HDP), accross Bunisess Units and Functions use cases What you´ll do

  • Design Data Architecture and define and maintain the data subdomains, data products and data assets that underpin corresponding business capabilities
  • Ensure effective access, integration and management of data within Henkel Data Platform and its AI foundation
  • Lead integration efforts across platforms like SAP,HDP and ESG Data Infrastructure, ensuring that new data fields are properly mapped and usable
  • Work with governance experts to ensure that data assets are easily and properly consumable and shared
  • Define evaluation criteria for data products and use cases standardization, harmonization, integration and innovation in your area of responsibility in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
  • Define, automate and further enhance Data Interaction Maps to track interconnectivity of different business/functional and also technical concepts throughout the complete data chain, * Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in data management principles and practices, including data modeling and data integration
  • Experience working with data management tools and systems, such as data warehouses, master data management systems, and data quality tools
  • Entrepreuneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments
  • A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
  • Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
