Lead Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a software engineering team to design, develop, test and implement high-quality .NET solutions. You’ll work with architecture and frontend teams to align delivery with strategic plans and mentor engineers across the team. You’ll steer complex technical delivery, improve processes, and contribute to the software development community. You will translate business needs into robust software while upholding Royal London’s Spirit values.
