Sap Payroll & Hr Operations Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the SAP HR u**amp; payroll operations for international clients, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.You manage client relationships and drive ongoing process improvements within a growing MPS/BPO context.You will escalate payroll issues, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support the development of the payroll team.This position offers a chance to shape global HR and payroll service delivery in a collaborative, high-performance environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead and manage the SAP HR u** payroll operations team to ensure accurate, timely payroll within scope and SLAs * Maintain and strengthen client relationships as the primary delivery contact * Prepare and present payroll performance reports and KPIs in monthly reviews * Monitor service levels and credits, ensuring SLA compliance and addressing deviations * Serve as escalation point for unresolved payroll issues and ensure effective resolution * Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Payroll Country Leads to drive process improvements * Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and team development * Develop and deliver payroll staff training materials and programs * Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset * Ensure compliance with global and local payroll regulations and standards * Coordinate team-impacting projects to achieve defined results Responsabilidades * 5+ years of experience in HR/payroll operations, preferably international or in MPS/BPO * Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standards * Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients * Familiarity with SLAs, KPI measurement, and reporting * Demonstrated leadership, team development, and performance management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with adaptability * Experience with Change Management, planning, and organizational changes * Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities * Experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus * Payroll certifications (CPP, CPS, CPM) are an advantage * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Requisitos principales * comprehensive training and development programs * flexible working schedule * private medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worx * 25 vacation days * workation up to 4 weeks per year * laptop and equipment provided
