Experteer Overview In this role you define and drive the AI strategy for Accenture’s mid-market SAP business group, building a differentiated AI practice. You will translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized offerings, shape messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and deliver. You act as a thought leader, creating reusable assets and leading a community of AI practitioners. This is an opportunity to impact how mid-market SAP clients adopt AI at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of mid-market SAP AI offerings, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate broader AI assets into right-sized, budget-conscious offerings for mid-market scale * Establish and refine the delivery model, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, and demo environments * Craft differentiated AI positioning and messaging for mid-market SAP * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations * Develop thought leadership content to establish credibility as an AI partner for mid-market enterprises * Represent the practice at client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Liaise with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices to leverage enterprise capabilities * Lead talent development, upskilling, and building a community of AI practitioners * Track AI tech trends, SAP roadmap developments, and competitor positioning * Travel as required to support business needs Tasks * Minimum 10 years in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * Minimum 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering, preferably in SI or professional services * Minimum 3 years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding AI’s impact on ERP processes * Minimum 2 years navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) * Proven ability to translate AI into client-ready business value propositions * Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite engagements Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life, long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
