Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP group, shaping and delivering differentiated AI offerings. You’ll translate global AI assets into right-sized solutions, set delivery models, and create reusable assets to enable selling and delivery. You will drive go-to-market messaging, partner with cross-functional teams, and raise the practice’s external visibility. This is a builder and thought-leader role with a strong focus on enterprise SAP AI integration and ongoing capability development. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients with accelerators, frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture AI assets into mid-market suitable offerings (scale, budget, maturity) * Refine the practice delivery model including talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets like blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI in mid-market SAP * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations * Develop thought leadership content and client-ready materials * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Liaise with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices to leverage enterprise investments * Work with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and tech partners to adapt relevant capabilities * Build and mentor AI practitioners, define capability development paths, and recruit upskill AI talent * Track AI tech trends and SAP roadmap developments to stay competitive * Travel as needed (0-100%) to support business requirements Tasks * Minimum of 10 years’ enterprise technology consulting experience with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing or scaling a consulting practice in an SI or professional services context * Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP or equivalent) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a matrixed, large-enterprise environment with shared services, CoEs, and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities
