Sr. Software Support Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead software testing, validation, and troubleshooting for insulin management products. You will analyze field issues and craft detailed issue summaries using AWS, ELK, Jira, and other enterprise tools. You will design and implement automation for testing, execute end-to-end validation across mobile apps, APIs, and IoT platforms, and drive high-quality delivery. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to impact patient safety and product reliability at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Perform software testing, validation, and troubleshooting for insulin management products * Analyze field issues and deliver detailed summaries using tools like AWS CloudWatch, Athena, Lambda, S3, ELK, Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle * Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Hybrid and Data Driven) * Create and execute test scripts for performance testing (JMeter, Charles proxy) * Conduct functional end-to-end testing for mobile apps and API services * Lead end-to-end validation on IoT-enabled platforms using SQL/MySQL, REST, and SOAP UI Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering or related field * 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software/technical lead or related roles * Experience with AWS CloudWatch, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda, S3, ELK, Oracle * Experience with Bluetooth, TCP/IP sockets, Serial communication, Wi-Fi * Design and development of automation frameworks (Hybrid and Data Driven) * Experience with Jenkins * Experience creating and executing performance test scripts * Functional end-to-end testing involving mobile apps and API services * End-to-end validation using SQL/MySQL, REST, and SOAP UI Key requirements * health, dental, and vision insurance * Health Savings Account * 401(k) with company match * paid time off and holidays * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * life insurance
