What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support plant operations and business strategy
  • Analyze financial, operational, and budget data to help leadership make informed decisions
  • Prepare reports and presentations for plant management and ownership groups
  • Learn the business from the inside out, including plant operations, maintenance, projects, and budgeting
  • Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and financial solutions
  • Present financial strategies and business recommendations to stakeholders
  • Help strengthen relationships between plant leadership and ownership through accurate reporting and communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience preferred (recent graduates with exceptional internships or relevant experience are encouraged to apply)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys learning complex operations-not just analyzing numbers
  • Comfortable presenting information to executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow, * Dual degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasting, or operational analytics
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, utilities, engineering, or energy is a plus
