Cloud Designated Engineer

The Cloud Designated Engineer is responsible for managing all the technical aspects of our relationship with some of our largest clients. You will provide top-quality technical service and business support, occasionally visit customers face to face, arrange training for customers, and host regular status meetings with technical and executive customer contacts. Responsibilities:

• Provide business, technical, and product knowledge
• Address product related questions and technical challenges
• Assist customers with custom scripts written in JavaScript and/or Ruby
• Educate clients on how new and existing product features and functionality work, and how they can improve their business security
• Ensure client tickets and escalations are resolved in appropriate time
• Accurately replicate, identify, and document software issues
• Document feature requests for customers and partner with product and engineering teams to ensure completion

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a must
• Need to know one or more scripting languages, preferably JavaScript and/or Ruby
• Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or any quantitative and analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Ability to match clients’ business requirements with product capabilities
• Strong capability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines and commitments are always met
