Lead Epic Cogito Consultant

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Reporting & Analytics Consultant to help enhance and mature its enterprise reporting strategy. This consultant will play a critical role in establishing a centralized reporting framework, improving data quality, and driving the successful execution of reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can also execute tactically, leveraging deep Epic Cogito expertise to build sustainable reporting solutions, optimize analytics processes, and support data-driven decision making across the enterprise. The consultant should have a proven track record of developing scalable reporting frameworks and advancing organizational reporting maturity.

• Data Cleansing Experience

• Cogito Certification

• Experience cleaning up reporting and metrics prior to go-live

• Lead Epic Cogito/Reporting experience

• Heavy focus on reporting & analytics

• Need someone strategic, not just a report builder - Experience leading Cogito or analytics teams through an end-to-end Epic implementation

• Experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Caboodle, and Clarity

• Background establishing reporting governance and analytics best practices

• Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional healthcare teams
