Radar Systems Engineer

Required skills, qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree Functional knowledge of radar systems Experience with hardware development at the component, subsystem, or system level Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, requirements development, hardware design, verification/qualification, or integration and test Past strong technical performance as an individual contributor, and ability to perform in a small team environment Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance at the SECRET level. Desired SkillsAdvanced degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent Strong technical background with experience in hardware development, test, and integration Experience with requirement definition, documentation and verification Experience with design validation and/or qualification testing Familiarity/proficiency in supply chain management and subcontracts Experience writing test procedures, reports, and delivering test results to the customer in a professional manner Excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members of the engineering/management staff and customer community.
