Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION * Provide tier 1 support to Imperva’s worldwide employees on all IT matters (system, network, accounts etc.). * Develop business flows and automate case handling and assignment. * Manage employee on and off boarding including account administration, desktop/laptop automation and installation, network access and other IT tasks. * Host Imperva’s “all hands”, Happy Hours and other events in terms of audio, video and broadcast. * Perform evaluations in the realms of modern technologies, hardware, and software. * Write knowledge base articles both for employee and IT ( “how to install’, “how to use system x) * Manage hardware and software purchasing for all IT-Helpdesk related items including purchasing hardware and software of all Imperva’s worldwide locations. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in a technical role providing remote support in a technical service desk environment, with a track record of achieving productivity goals. * Experience as a Service Desk Lead

Requirements

or Managerial role leading a successful, customer-oriented service desk for a small to mid-size growing company. * Management and Leadership skills with the ability to train others, teamwork, troubleshooting/problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. * Good verbal and written communications skills to be able to communicate effectively technical concepts and materials to students, faculty, and staff * Knowledge of networks. Extensive knowledge of PC computer hardware, software, peripherals, and operating systems. * Experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment
