Lead Application Analyst - Columbia (REPOST)

Experteer Overview As Lead Application Analyst at DEW, you will guide a team of workforce analysts and serve as the subject matter expert for SCWOS and Service Desk operations. Compensation / Benefits * Provide daily guidance and coordination to workforce analysts; lead meetings to review performance and align goals * Track team workloads and project progress to ensure timely delivery * Track and report KPIs related to workforce programs and Service Desk operations; use data to identify trends and improvements * Serve as lead SME for SCWOS functionality and Service Desk operations; provide advanced technical support * Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure team awareness * Lead training and onboarding for new and existing staff * Act as liaison between the team and senior management * Provide analysis and support for workforce programs Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree or at least three years of related work experience in supporting a system or application * At least 1 year experience training individuals with computer systems * Knowledge of capabilities and intricacies of information systems * Ability to direct and teach small to large groups clearly * Ability to work with system users, vendors, and personnel across departments and partner agencies * Ability to assist with identifying and resolving workforce information problems * Ability to maintain a technical workload and prioritize requests * Experience with SQL Key requirements * job security * affordable health insurance * great retirement benefits * work-life balance
