Experteer Overview As Lead Application Analyst at DEW, you will guide a team of workforce analysts and serve as the subject matter expert for SCWOS and Service Desk operations. You’ll drive performance, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to support South Carolina’s workforce programs. You’ll turn data into insights to improve operations and training, shaping how the state connects jobseekers with opportunities. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven agency. Compensation / Benefits * Provide daily guidance and coordination to workforce analysts; lead meetings to review performance and align goals * Track team workloads and project progress to ensure timely delivery * Track and report KPIs related to workforce programs and Service Desk operations; use data to identify trends and improvements * Serve as lead SME for SCWOS functionality and Service Desk operations; provide advanced technical support * Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure team awareness * Lead training and onboarding for new and existing staff * Act as liaison between the team and senior management * Provide analysis and support for workforce programs Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree or at least three years of related work experience in supporting a system or application * At least 1 year experience training individuals with computer systems * Knowledge of capabilities and intricacies of information systems * Ability to direct and teach small to large groups clearly * Ability to work with system users, vendors, and personnel across departments and partner agencies * Ability to assist with identifying and resolving workforce information problems * Ability to maintain a technical workload and prioritize requests * Experience with SQL Key requirements * job security * affordable health insurance * great retirement benefits * work-life balance
