Consumer Access Manager, Consumer Access, FT, 8:30A-5P

Experienced leader that will manage activities related to the design and implementation of a system-wide Consumer Access strategy. Activities will focus on consumer touch points, as they relate to access technology and consumer engagement, which may include: the internet, patient portal, kiosks, mobile applications and customer service solutions. Must have a command of organizational agility, be collaborative and assertive, and have experience working to complete projects across various departments and specialties, as this person will be the key liaison within clinical and operational leadership throughout the organization.

• Minimum 7 years healthcare leadership operations experience with strong information technology experience preferred.
• Experience with process planning and improvement, and system integration of multiple applications into a single platform.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Able to work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, which may include departmental staff, mid-level and executive leadership.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to learn new concepts/job requirements quickly.
• Extensive project leadership skills, ability to lead, advise on large scale enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience supporting client applications, facilitating, presenting and managing team meetings.
• Experience with advising individuals with varied technical/operational backgrounds.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiations and risk mitigation.

Estimated salary range for this position is $9,6682.12 - $125,686.76 / year depending on experience.
