Experteer Overview In this role, you own end-to-end delivery across the stack to move money and manage multi-currency balances.You shape the platform as Xe rebuilds its core layer, collaborating with product, design, and compliance.You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and drive modernization of legacy services with a modern stack.Your work integrates AI-enabled tooling to accelerate building, testing, and deploying production features.This opportunity combines high impact, scale, and cross-functional influence in a fast-moving fintech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Design and own features across the stack for money movement and multi-currency balances (onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement) - Lead delivery of customer-facing features from UI to backend services - Own production health for your domain (reliability, observability, on-call, incident response) - Coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from problem framing to launch - Lead design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor mid-level engineers - Leverage agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) to modernize from legacy services to the modern stack with architects and team leadsResponsabilidades - 6 to 10+ years building production web applications end-to-end - Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.Js, React, or equivalent - Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages welcome (Java, Kotlin, Go) - Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals - Experience writing and maintaining tests as part of shipping - Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC - Production experience on AWS (deployment, CI/CD, native services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda) - Strong system design and architecture experience (microservices, event-driven patterns) - Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience - Track record of technical leadership (mentoring, design reviews, architecture decisions) - Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and designRequisitos principales - Annual performance-based bonus - Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Hybrid working model: 2 days per week WFH - ***** days annual leave - Birthday off - Annual recognition events
