OverviewAt Capgemini Invent, we help organizations shape their future through strategic and technological transformation.We combine deep business understanding with cutting-edge technology to design solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with real business needs.We are currently looking to expand our IT Strategy & Architecture team with a Junior Architect / Consultant who is passionate about modern architectures and eager to grow in an architecture-focused role.Your RoleAs part of our IT Strategy & Architecture team, you will contribute to the design of modern, scalable solutions, working closely with senior architects, development teams, and business stakeholders.You don’t need previous experience as an architect, but you should be comfortable working with modern distributed systems and technical designs, and able to reason at both technical and high-level integration layers.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design of solutions based on microservices and event-driven architectures .Participate in technical design activities, including integrations, APIs, and system interactions.Contribute to high-level architecture views and technical documentation.Collaborate with development, cloud, and integration teams to ensure architectural coherence.Help translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.Take part in architecture discussions, reviews, and decision-making processes.Your ProfileBackground in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.Solid technical knowledge of microservices architectures and event-driven architectures .Experience producing or contributing to technical designs in distributed systems.Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, messaging, and asynchronous communication.Ability to reason at a high level about system integrations, beyond pure implementation.Strong communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English.Motivation to grow into an architecture role within a consulting environment.Nice to HaveExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in consulting or multi-stakeholder environments.Curiosity, structured thinking, and a proactive attitude.What You’ll Love About Working HereBe part of a strategic architecture team working with leading clients.Learn directly from experienced architects and consultants.Real impact on how complex systems are designed and integrated.Full remote role, with on-site sessions in Madrid once per month.A collaborative, growth-oriented environment with room to evolve professionally.Location: Spain (Full remote, occasional presence in Madrid)Are you ready to start your journey in IT Architecture with us?#J-*****-Ljbffr
