This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to support business customers, and motivated to build a career in cloud-based solutions and digital transformation.You will act as a trusted advisor for Dutch-speaking clients, guiding them in adopting cloud solutions and delivering seamless technical and product support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance to Dutch-speaking clients on cloud products and digital transformation solutionsDeliver consultative support via phone, email, and video callsAssist customers with product setup, optimization, and troubleshootingUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud services and upgradesCollaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation and update CRM systemsSupport onboarding and training activities for new customersRequirementsFluent Dutch(C1+)Fluent English(B2+)Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitudeInterest in cloud technology and digital solutions (previous experience is a plus but not required)Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analyticallyA team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learnOfferHybrid work model- office based inMálaga or ValenciaFull-time contractMonday to Friday
