Data Solutions Analyst (Regional Reporting Team)

Experteer Overview In this role you will support the development and delivery of data, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that empower informed decision-making across regions and enterprise initiatives. You collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Visualization leads to acquire, transform, validate, and present data through scalable reporting assets, automated processes, and dashboards. You contribute to modernizing reporting capabilities via ETL development, automation, and data governance to provide trusted insights. You work closely with business partners to translate requirements into actionable dashboards and reports, driving data-driven decisions and improvements. This is an opportunity to影 Compensation / Benefits * Compile, explore, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and analytics * Develop, maintain, and document automated data workflows and reporting assets * Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy * Support data governance through definitions, rules, and transformation logic documentation * Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations * Partner with Data Visualization leads to ensure standards and UX * Support dashboard testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance * Collaborate with business partners to understand reporting needs and enable data-driven decisions * Translate business requirements into reporting solutions with actionable insights * Assist with recurring and ad hoc reporting and identify automation opportunities * Partner with Data Engineering and Data Visualization leads to deliver scalable, governed reporting * Share knowledge, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement * Provide support and training to stakeholders as needed * Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate risks as needed * Promote diversity and uphold M&T Bank brand * Maintain internal controls and address audit points as applicable Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience, or 7 years combined education/work experience with at least 3 years in the field * Experience with large datasets and relational databases * Experience developing SQL queries and performing data analysis * Familiarity with BI, reporting, or data visualization tools * Experience translating business requirements into reporting or analytical solutions Key requirements *
