Experteer Overview In this VP-level Lead Software Engineer role, you will drive AI agent solutions at scale and help shape Morgan Stanley’s AI-enabled technology roadmap. You’ll partner with Advanced Analytics and Gen AI Platform teams across geo and divisions to prove the art of the possible with POCs, accelerating adoption of AI solutions. You design and operationalize scalable data flows and robust architectures to support agent orchestration. This role offers impact across technology and business roadmaps in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead development and deployment of AI agents at scale to accelerate technology and business roadmaps * Collaborate with multiple divisions to align on AI solutions and demonstrate feasibility via PoCs * Prototype and evaluate Gen AI technologies to improve architecture and platform * Design, implement and operationalize distributed data pipelines for AI agents (batch and real-time) * Work in a dynamic, global team environment with knowledge sharing across members Tasks * 6+ years of experience building GenAI solutions and orchestrating agents at scale * Mastery of agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) * Deep expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) including prompt engineering and fine-tuning * Memory/context management skills with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG pipelines * Proficiency in Python (mandatory), with FastAPI, Node.js, or Go; Docker and Kubernetes experience * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and communicate effectively Key requirements *
