Job description

Experteer Overview As a BI/Data Architect, you will define and shape the Lakehouse strategy to support advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data from multiple sources, optimize ingestion and analytics readiness, and enable near real-time insights. You drive foundational data architecture and data platform improvements that empower data-driven decision making across TJX. This role offers impact by building scalable data foundations for innovation and operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Define strategy for Lakehouse architecture and data ingestion patterns * Perform foundational data analysis for the Data Platform and ingestion patterns * Assess current TJX data landscape and tools used * Define a unified version of data from multiple sources * Shape advanced analytics through real-time data availability and accelerated innovation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver lakehouse-based solutions Tasks * 8-10 years of hands-on experience in data architectures (data warehouses, data modeling, ETL) * Proficiency with GCP (Dataproc, Dataflow, BigQuery, Composer, GKE, Cloud Function) * Snowflake and Azure expertise * Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse concepts * Experience designing and testing data ingestion pipelines and end-to-end ETL automation * Bachelor’s degree Key requirements * Discretionary Annual Incentive * Comprehensive Medical Coverage * Parental Leaves * Certification & Training Reimbursement * 401K Plan * Performance Bonus
