Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst with a strong background in Epic tools, population health, and healthcare IT systems. The ideal candidate will support implementation, operations, and optimization of Epic modules within a large health system.

Epic Certification in Healthy Planet with 5+ years’ experience in population health solutions 8+ years in Epic implementation, Health IT, and enterprise system integration Expertise in Epic tools: Registries, Reporting Workbench, Health Maintenance, BPAs, Decision Support Knowledge of Epic Care Everywhere, SmartForms, Meaningful Use, MyChart, and Specialty Modules Experience with case/care management workflows, quality reporting (PQRS, ACO/MSSP), and wellness programs Strong understanding of system architecture, data workflows, security protocols, and privacy regulations Proven ability in project management, user needs assessment, technical documentation, and testing Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams
