This is your chance to translate complex requirements into intuitive, delightful interactions, directly influencing how users discover and engage with content. You will be instrumental in driving the evolution of this product, ensuring it is not only functional but also deeply engaging and universally accessible.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft detailed user flows that meticulously account for complex use cases, business logic, responsive behavior, accessibility standards, and customer eligibility.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional design partners, actively gathering feedback and iterating on solutions to elevate the user experience.
  • Leverage an established design system to produce polished, scalable, and consistent experiences that uphold brand integrity.
  • Articulate design decisions with clarity, explaining the rationale behind changes and demonstrating how each iteration enhances the customer journey.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the existing experience and contribute to shaping the future product roadmap and backlog.
  • Present design work compellingly, telling a clear story during stakeholder reviews that effectively communicates vision and impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant customer-facing product design or UX design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, demonstrating mastery of design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing detailed interaction design, comprehensive user flows, and polished cross-platform experiences.
  • Proven experience designing responsive products across multiple devices or platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business requirements, accessibility guidelines, and technical constraints effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and design storytelling skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a highly execution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for entertainment, streaming, media, or content playlist products.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple product managers and diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working effectively within an established design system.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly collaborative, and iterative environment.
