Sr. IT System Administrator (IT Employee Success)

Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Global IT, the Sr. IT System Administrator will be both a technical hands-on wizard and strategic guru, with an eye toward industry trends and the future of the tools we currently employ. Dedicated to technical excellence, you are part of a team that will maintain and support all internal applications, strategize on innovative projects and tools, roadmap future applications and projects and manage global marketing and sales events both domestically and around the globe.

• Strong experience with SCCM
• Expert with the Mac OSX / Windows 8/10 desktop systems and an ability to provision and troubleshoot issues with these key end user platforms
• Troubleshoot and administer Linux-based production systems: Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows Server
• Experience with scripting in bash, python, and PowerShell for automation
• Experience managing software lifecycles
• Mobile Application Development
• Excellent documentation skills and an attention to process detail which allows individuals working with you to understand the changes, and perform your procedures
• Working knowledge of Office 365/Exchange, Jira/Confluence, JAMF suite, Crashplan, MDM-Airwatch or others such as Splunk, Box, Solar Winds, etc.
• Setting up and troubleshooting SQL databases
• Desired Certifications: MCSE, Jamf CCT, Apple ACMT, ACSP, A plus certification
• Requirements - 6+ years in a technical capacity role
• Education - BS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent work experience
