Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance generative AI capabilities within KPMG’s Audit Technology Alliance to improve audit-related outputs. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into a scalable microservice architecture. The role emphasizes experimentation, documentation, and continuous improvement in real business use cases. This position offers the chance to shape cutting-edge AI applications in audit and advisory services. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and implement core components of generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, context engineering) within the existing architecture * Support senior team members by building and testing modules for RAG pipelines and context systems * Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate model outputs into microservice architecture * Learn and apply the technology stack (LangChain/LangGraph, Azure AI Search, AKS-based infra) * Drive product advancement by conducting experiments, documenting results, and contributing to continuous improvement culture * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to knowledge on generative AI, audit methodologies, and best practices * Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment Tasks * Minimum one year of experience in data science, ML, or software engineering * Masters preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Bachelor’s required * Foundational ML concepts and Python for data analysis; familiarity with LLMs and LangChain preferred * Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and data platforms like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric * Familiarity with SDLC and version control tools (ADO, GitHub) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative, team-oriented mindset * Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future * no sponsorship for US work visa for this role Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * disability and life insurance * 401(k) plans * personal well-being benefits
