Job description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Senior Level Data Scientist to support advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives for U.S. Coast Guard enterprise and training environments., * Analyze operational and LMS performance data

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reports
Support predictive analytics and trend analysis initiatives
Create data models and visualizations
Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

7+ years of data analytics and modeling experience
Experience supporting federal, DHS, or DoD environments
Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and visualization platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies preferred
Knowledge of federal cybersecurity and data governance requirements
